"VirtuaBell" is a musical instrument app that simulates handbells. Surprisingly, it allows the player to change the musical tone without touching the screen, allowing them to freely perform any melody.
Playing VirtuaBell is made fun and easy by taking advantage of the gyroscopic sensor available in the iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad.
The app uses the gyroscope to calculate the position of the device. For example, wave your device on the left of your waist to play a C (Do), wave it in front of your right shoulder for an A (La), in front of your face for a high D (Re), etc... It's as if virtual bells were arranged in the space around you, allowing you to play a variety of notes.
Allowing you to play the musical scale without touching the screen, "VirtuaBell" is a new era electronic musical instrument in its own right. You can enjoy ringing the bells however you like, but with a little practice, you can quickly learn to play actual melodies. Impress friends and family at parties by displaying your hidden talent.
